Skymetro is an automated transportation system that connects Zurich Airport with the airport station and parking lots. The system consists of two separate trains that run in both directions and serve a total of six stations. The Skymetro trains are fully automatic and run on rails located above ground level. They can accommodate up to 80 passengers and are air-conditioned, making them a comfortable and reliable mode of transportation. The first rail line runs from the airport station through Terminal B, Parking 1 and Parking 2 stations to Terminal E. The second rail line connects Terminal B with Terminal D and Parking 3. Skymetro trains run every 3-4 minutes and provide a fast and convenient connection between different areas of the airport. They are free and operate around the clock, making them a convenient option for travelers and visitors to the airport.
