FATZER specializes in the development, manufacture and worldwide distribution of technically sophisticated ropes for ropeways, cable structures and other applications and, thanks to its many years of commitment and consistent market orientation, has taken on a leading role among rope manufacturers.

What you move

  • Order processing involves preparing orders together with the technical department and coordinating deadlines
  • You are the coordination point and communicate with purchasing, production, international logistics and controlling
  • You use our ERP system Navision as a tool to process orders from entry to invoicing
  • You speak and write in German and English because you are the point of contact for customers and partners worldwide

 

What you bring with you

  • You have a basic technical education with further commercial training, ideally in the export sector
  • You have experience in customer contact in an industrial company
  • You speak English at level B2, other foreign languages such as French or Spanish are an advantage
  • You bring your communicative and service-oriented side to bear in daily contact with customers and partners
  • Your technical understanding and skillful use of Office products are in demand here
