The efficient production of special ropes requires a sophisticated technical infrastructure. Our production plant in Romanshorn is equipped with modern machinery including closing machines for the production of strands, stranded ropes as well as open and fully locked spiral ropes. The production facilities are based on the latest state-of-the art and allow us to produce customised or standard products any time. The unique vertical roping machine in Europe allows the intensive, dynamic pre-stretching of the ropes - providing the advantage of a noticeable reduction in rope elongation. During the production, the diameter of the ropes is constantly monitored by means of laser measurements. The quality of the wires and ropes is intensively monitored in accordance with the requirements of the country-specific standards and the customer's provisions. Machines to conduct bending, torsion and tension tests as well as tensile stress tests are used for this purpose.
